File Cabinet

  • The file cabinet feature can store or save different files and related documents with respect to the location (i.e.) the cabinet can save huge number of files and the main functionality is it serves as a Repository or a storage cabinet.

UNIQUE KEY RESTRICTION TO FILE CABINET

  • The unique key is used to restrict the file cabinet files or keys which doesn’t come under the unique key format.

  • In Unique Key restriction , the user can restrict the unique with minimum and maximum length , numeric , Characters and alpha numeric.

  • Depending on the restriction passed by the user , the unique key will restrict the keys which doesn’t match the created restriction.

  • User can scan huge number of papers at a time. (Example : 10,000 )

  • Once the scan is done the scanned copies will be available in the DMS system.
